  1.  You get to be in the driver’s seat. You want to be in control of your house shopping experience, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this. I’ll set you up with an e-mail feed that alerts you every time a house that fits your needs comes on the market.
  2. You’ll get expert advice. I’ll be here to answer all of your questions about a home, a neighborhood, the real estate market or the home-buying process in general. You can expect knowledgeable, well-researched answers.
  3. You’ll have lots of resources. I’ll introduce you to some great tools that allow you to dig deeper and get background information on homes and neighborhoods right from your computer.
  4. I will never rush or pressure you in any way. The last thing I want is to push you into a house you don’t want or can’t afford. I want you to have such a great experience with me that you tell all your friends!
  5. When it comes time to negotiate, I’ll go to bat for you. We’ll get a good deal, and then I’ll be with you all the way to closing.

How It Works:

1. Get pre-approved for a mortgage.

2. Click the Contact Me tab, and tell me a few things about what you’d like in your next home:

  • Number of Bedrooms and Baths
  • Area of Town You’d Like to Live in
  • Approx. Square Footage
  • Price Range
  • House, Condo or Townhome?
  • Anything Else That’s Important to Yoou

 

3. Look over the information and photos of the homes you receive from my e-mail feed.

4. If you’d like to know more about some of the homes, check out these online tools.

5.  Call or e-mail me to schedule a time to see the homes you’re interested in. (You’ll need to be pre-approved first).

6. Prepare an offer. Once we’ve found a home that meets your needs, we’ll prepare an offer and get ready to negotiate with the seller.

7. Once we have an accepted contract on a home, I’ll take walk you through the rest of the process all the way to the closing table.
